Belum Coffee was born shortly after Ashley and Justin were married, as we dreamed about building something meaningful together.

We have always loved the way coffee brings people together. Some of life's best conversations happen around kitchen tables, at weddings, in coffee shops, and during everyday moments that create lasting memories. We wanted to build a business centered around those moments and the connections they inspire.

The inspiration behind our name came from a trip Ashley took to Indonesia, where she first encountered the word Belum, meaning "not yet."

To us, Belum is a reminder to remain in the present while not dwelling on the past, or focusing on the future. It has inspired us to chase our dreams, including this business, and to not take a single day for granted.

Belum Coffee exists to serve exceptional coffee, create meaningful experiences, and celebrate the moments that bring people together.
